Clair de Lune

Moon & Pisces  Moon is almost in full phase (see the featured image). It is currently seen on the constellation of pisces. Moon is the only natural satellite of earth. Moon has the dark area on its surface called mare ( maria ).  Moon is so popular and it's been used as a calendar system since the ancient period on earth. New moon, crescent and full moon are moon phases that people usually observe especially nowadays for Islamic calendar (Hijri). Right now is 13 rabiul akhir 1445 in hijri . Others combine both lunar and solar system for their calendar, such as Chinese, Buddhist, Burmese, Assyrian, Hebrew, Jain and Kurdish, traditional Nepali, Hindu, Japanese, Korean, Mongolian, Tibetan, Vietnamese, the ancient Hellenic, Coligny, Babylonian, and some pre-Islamic calendars. The combination of lunar calendars and solar calendars are called lunisolar calendars. Now we're moving to lunar eclipse. It is an event where the position of earth, moon and sun are aligned....

The Philosophy of Chili

What’s your favorite recipe? Wordpress dailyprompt, dailyprompt-2040, dailyprompt-2061 Ha ha ha ha I don’t even want to wait until the day of this prompt to be here, this one is essential in my life ( deep evil voice ) 😈 It’s not about philosopher’s stone . It’s about chili in my family belief ( not religion ). Me and family love having chili everyday. Note: other people might have different view about it. Chili symbolizes resilience, strength, and passion. Eating spicy food is believed to build toughness, while the fiery taste and vibrant color of chili reflect a zest for life. Chili also represents unity in diversity, as it’s a common thread in the country’s many regional cuisines. Chili peppers are rich in vitamins, particularly vitamin C and vitamin A. Chili is a common ingredient, it is used in many forms, from sambal to raw slices. Particularly, I love Indonesian foods. Eating too much of chili can cause side effects like heartburn, stomach pain, diarrhea, and a burning ...

Online Communication & Social Media (part 1 & 2)

Social Media Part 1  In what ways do you communicate online? This is a coincidence. I have thought a lot on this topic recently. I don't know where to start, apparently there are so many social media apps. People use it to communicate online, including me. Here are some information for you. HISTORY OF INTERNET Internet wasn't internet. It was called ARPANET (The Advanced Research Projects Agency Network ). Long before the arrival of digital communications, the steam engine, telegraph pole and coalmine quickened the pace of the world. The industrial revolution created a world of centralization and organized hierarchy. Its defining pattern was a single, central dot to which all strands led. But the emerging digital age is different. A great adjustment in human affairs is under way. The pattern of political, commercial and cultural life is changing. The defining pattern of the emerging digital age is the absence of the central dot. In its place a mesh of many points is evolvi...

Mars Exploration

Name and Location of Mars Mars is the name of fourth planet from the Sun. It is one of the eight planets in the Solar System where it belongs to the Milky Way Galaxy. Mars is named after the Roman god of war, Mars is also often described as the “Red Planet” due to its reddish appearance. The ancient Greeks called the planet Ares, after their god of war. The Romans did the same thing, associating the planet with their own god of war. Mars is one of the five planets visible with the unaided eye. Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, and Saturn are also visible from Earth with unaided eye. Natural satellites orbiting Mars Mars has 2 moons, phobos and deimos. Phobos means fear and Deimos means panic were named after the horses that pulled the chariot of the Greek war god Ares, the counterpart to the Roman war god Mars. Out of Place

Tell us about a time when you felt out of place. When you're not with the right people, When they don't want to listen, When you are too different so they consider you as a weird person, When they abandon you, When they have no willingness to try to understand you, When you do something you don't want, When people don't want to see you in their place but they invite you to their place, When someone have the intention to make you feel out of place, When someone mistreat you, When nobody's there for you, When you are in a place where you're a total stranger for people in there but they have their own group except you, When you feel nobody really want your existence, When you don't feel good enough, When you feel rejected, When people leave, betray and spread fake news about you, When you are excluded but everyone not, When you feel unsafe, uncomfortable, insecure then you start comparing yourself or downgrading yourself to fit their standards, When you reali...

What if...then...else...

What would you do if you lost all your possessions? If losing all my possessions doesn't mean I've lost everything, then I still have my spirit within me. If losing all my possessions means I'm stepping into a void, I'd be dead on the inside, not even an emotion I would feel. If I couldn't feel anything, then I wouldn't feel the connection with others. If I stepped out of the void, then I'd be able to return to my function, do not return to the void. If I lost my mind, then it would be hard to function. If I lost my possession, then I would get a better possession. If no possessions could satisfy my worldly life, then losing my possessions wouldn't be that bad. If I lost everything, then nothing to be afraid of losing. If a possession is just a word, then I can't take it back. If a possession is a connection between me and something, then I might get disconnected anytime. If a possession has its time limit for me, then it is temporary. Otherwise, I...

Fire's Fragile Hunger

Fire may seem relentless, but its strength is an illusion. It does not burn by will alone, it survives because it feeds. It needs fuel to consume, air to breathe, and space to spread. Without these, it flickers, weakens, and dies. A single splash of water, well-placed, can erase it in an instant. Yet, when distance, obstacles, or hesitation interfere, fire gains time to grow. Its real power is not in its flames but in what is allowed to sustain it. This lesson extends beyond fire itself. The things that seem overwhelming, chaos, emotions, conflicts are often the same. They thrive when fueled. Distance can make them harder to extinguish, but their weakness remains: they need something to keep them burning. Remove what feeds them, and they shrink to embers. If I could advise my younger self, I would tell this: not everything that burns is unstoppable . They held power because they were fed. Some fires are meant to be put out, not feared. Others, the ones that forge you, require con...

The Jinn in the Desert

In a remote part of the Arabian desert, there’s a story that has been passed down through generations. It’s about a Bedouin traveler who, like many, had a deep understanding of the harshness of life in the desert and how fleeting everything is. One night, after a long journey under the scorching desert sun, he set up camp, preparing for sleep. But the stillness of the night was disturbed by a low whisper carried on the wind. At first, he dismissed it as the desert winds playing tricks on him. But as the whisper grew louder, he began to hear words "Turn back." Confused, he looked around but saw nothing but sand and the shadows of the stars above. The whispering voice repeated itself, "Turn back." His heart raced. He knew something was wrong, but he also felt compelled to continue forward. After all, he had traveled so far. As he settled into his tent, he couldn’t shake the feeling that someone or something was watching him. The desert is known for its unpredictabili...

Personal philosophy

Rice Philosophy Not exactly about rice. There is a life philosophy according to rice plant: "The more knowledge one acquires, the more humble one should become, just like a rice plant that bows lower as it becomes fuller" This philosophy conveys that true knowledge brings humility and wisdom, not arrogance. The analogy is drawn from the rice plant, where a full head of rice bends down. This teaches that a person with vast knowledge and insight should become increasingly humble. Do not lose hope nor be sad This one is obvious, I will take a break and pause anything that exhaust me...

Clouds Nature’s Metaphor

CLOUDS ON EARTH Clouds are an essential part of Earth's atmosphere and play a crucial role in our weather systems. They are made up of tiny water droplets or ice crystals suspended in the air. Clouds form when moist air rises and cools, causing the water vapor to condense into visible droplets or crystals. There are many types of clouds, each with its own distinct appearance and characteristics, such as cirrus, cumulus, and stratus clouds. Clouds not only affect weather but also have cultural and artistic significance, inspiring poets, painters, and photographers throughout history. The formation and types of clouds: Formation Clouds form when warm, moist air rises and cools as it ascends through the atmosphere. As the air cools, it reaches its dew point, the temperature at which water vapor in the air condenses into tiny water droplets or ice crystals. These droplets or crystals then gather around microscopic particles in the air, such as dust or pollen, forming clouds. Types of...
