Chili symbolizes resilience, strength, and passion.
Eating spicy food is believed to build toughness, while the fiery taste and vibrant color of chili reflect a zest for life.
Chili also represents unity in diversity, as it’s a common thread in the country’s many regional cuisines.
Chili peppers are rich in vitamins, particularly vitamin C and vitamin A.
Chili is a common ingredient, it is used in many forms, from sambal to raw slices. Particularly, I love Indonesian foods.
Eating too much of chili can cause side effects like heartburn, stomach pain, diarrhea, and a burning sensation in the mouth or skin. Some people may experience throat irritation or allergic reactions.
Moderation is important when eating chili!
